Yesterday I was talking to my friend over the phone. It had been a while since we had spoken and a part of me was putting it off - I'm not all that comfortable talking on the phone for long periods of time.
But I'm so glad we finally reconnected. He gave me a great confident boost and really imparted some beautiful energy on me.
It made me forgot about how powerful it is to connect with people... After all they are also "me". The oneness is so obvious when you consider the energetic exchanges between people.
What happens when you're aggressive with someone? They'll be the same to you!
What happens when you're kind with someone? They'll be the same to you!
People seem to know this, but at the same time they seem oblivious to how totally factual this is and the underlying energy at work. It's something we need to be taught in schools - how to treat others. It reminds me of one of my favourite poems....
